Job Information 1. Responsible for the design of non-standard testing fixtures and the organization, archiving, and summarization of technical documents; 2. Able to independently communicate design-related requirements with clients and develop design plans and processing drawings based on client needs. 3. Able to optimize designs from various perspectives, including functionality, user experience, quality assurance, and cost improvement. 4. Able to independently analyze and improve mechanical issues. 5. Familiar with machining processes and able to provide technical support for quality issues that arise during processing; and communicate technical requirements with clients and suppliers, providing technical guidance. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or related fields. 2. More than 3 years of experience in structural design or testing fixture design. 3. Proficient in Proe or Solidworks software, able to use at least one software for 3D mechanical design and 2D processing drawing creation. 4. Familiar with geometric tolerance analysis and stress analysis is preferred. 5. Understanding of the characteristics of various non-metallic resin materials and metals. 6. A rigorous work attitude, while also possessing creative thinking.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build a strong professional design team based on the existing team, in line with the company's long-term development strategy, to creatively tackle technical challenges and develop new solutions in response to market needs;

2. Set technical goals and strategies, focus on the future, and effectively strengthen the company's technical capabilities, technological attributes, and layout in patent technology;

3. Analyze industry technology development trends with the management team and provide certain technical professional advice for the company's development strategy.

4. Responsible for the recruitment, training, motivation, and development of the company's design department, ensuring that the design team maintains an efficient working state;

5. Establish and optimize design processes and methods, improve design efficiency and quality, and effectively enhance the design capability and brand image of the company's products;

6. Guide and cultivate members of the company's design team, focusing on their career development and skill enhancement, improving the overall design capability of the team;

7. Participate in the overall design of the company's products, including market research, product positioning, functional structure, visual appearance, etc., to provide the company with more innovative and commercially viable design solutions;

8. Work closely with various business departments of the company to understand business needs and provide clients with more innovative and commercially viable design solutions;

9. Regularly report on the progress and design results of the design department, providing decision support for senior management and ensuring that designs meet the company's strategic development needs;

10. Grasp the key issues, maintain a keen design sense, continuously learn about industry dynamics and the latest design trends, and provide the company with more innovative and commercially viable design solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Background in electronic engineering, master's degree or above from a key science and engineering university, with preference given to those with a doctoral degree;

2. Experience: More than 10 years of engineering R&D experience in the technology industry and products, with preference given to those with experience in the semiconductor testing field;

3. Diligent in thinking, courageous in tackling challenges, calm and capable, good at communication and coordination, with preference given to those with a background as a technical expert.

4. Familiar with market trends, customer needs, and industry standards in the mechanical design industry, possessing good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.

5. Rich design concepts and experience, with keen insight and judgment on design trends, able to provide the company with more innovative and commercially viable design solutions.
